Dear Sponsor,

Re: Sponsorship for Student-Professional Awareness Conference (S-PAC) 2008

The Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) established the S-PAC as a career growth and professional awareness conference that focuses on bringing both the student and professional worlds together for a networking event and seminars on engineering related topics. This year the Memphis Section of IEEE has organized a variety of engineering societies and disciplines from Arkansas State University, Christian Brothers University, The University of Memphis, The University of Tennessee at Martin, The University of Mississippi, and Union University to participate in the S-PAC to be held at 5:00 PM on March 27, 2008 at the Balinese Ballroom, 330 N. Main Street in Memphis, TN.

Approximately 100 electrical, computer, mechanical, chemical, biomedical, and civil engineering students from these six universities will participate in the conference. The IEEE will provide two nationally distinguished speakers who will give presentations on Career Growth and Self-Management. Students who participate in the conference will provide resumes, which will be bound and given to all gold and platinum event sponsors. This is an excellent opportunity for your company to recruit potential employees. Your investment in the S-PAC provides the following benefits:

Platinum ($500):

Table display, signage at the entrance, logo and listing in the program, student resume book, admission for 2
Gold ($250):

Table display, listing in the program, student resume book, admission for 2

Silver ($50):

Signage on the SPAC website, listing on the program

We would like to encourage you to attend the SPAC, and we especially urge any recently graduated engineers you may have on your staff to attend so they may help pass along what they have learned as they transitioned from being a student to that full-time professional.
